I was asked to create a short promo video for Ideal Photos. This consisted of a mixture of three couples, and the day from kinda the start to finish. Normally we also shoot the pre-wedding stuff like the bride and groom getting ready, the bridesmaids etc. but I figured people want to see the real day. The soundtrack is The XX – Intro from their self-titled album. I just love the chilled out vibe or it and works well building up the fun of the days.

The second video is a full sample wedding video, beginning with a pop video style preparation for the day ahead. It was a the wedding of Jamie and Lee, we began with the bride getting prepped with her hair and make up, and then made our way over to the grooms house. Once we captured him and the groomsmen all sorted we darted back to the brides house for her last bit of getting ready – the wedding dress!!

The Ceremony is of Andy and Jenna, who had it take place at Gibside Chapel, a gorgeous bit of history built between 1760 and 1812. It was an amazing place like something out of a fairy tale.

The day ends with the reception of Alan and Louise at the South Causey Inn. This was the first couple I had really filmed and it was such a fun day. They made everything easy, and had such a laugh throughout the day.
